Welcome to Sub Zero & Premium Appliance Repair. By using our services or accessing our website at subzerorepairgreenwichct.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Sub Zero & Premium Appliance Repair provides appliance repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers in Greenwich, CTand surrounding areas. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various household appliances, with a specialization in Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other premium brands.
2. Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (475) 281-3784or through our online booking system. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, subject to technician availability.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Access Requirements
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the appliance(s) requiring service. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service appointment.
3. Pricing and Payment
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee of $95 is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's time, expertise, and travel to diagnose the issue with your appliance. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the cost of repair if you choose to proceed with our services.
Estimates
After diagnosis, we will provide you with an estimate for the required repairs. Estimates include parts and labor costs. We will not proceed with repairs without your approval of the estimate.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice, but agreed- upon estimates will be honored.
4. Warranty
All repairs performed by Sub Zero & Premium Appliance Repair are covered by our 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty. This warranty covers:
- Defects in parts installed by our technicians
- Workmanship issues related to the repair performed
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage caused by power surges or natural disasters
- Pre-existing conditions not related to our repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Appliances that have been modified or repaired by others after our service

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sub Zero & Premium Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- The use or inability to use our services
- Any delay or failure in performance
- Any damage to your appliance beyond the scope of our repair
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your appliance and the issues you're experiencing
- Ensure safe working conditions for our technicians
- Disclose any known hazards or safety concerns
- Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area
- Secure pets during the service appointment
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sub Zero & Premium Appliance Repair or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
8. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
